Updates
We evaluate the technical updates required for your website or software according to the structure of the system in use.
Maintenance and Support
Website and custom software needs may not end at delivery. From updates and technical checks to troubleshooting and new development, we evaluate ongoing needs according to their scope.
Explore the support scopeAfter Delivery
Support needs may vary depending on the type of project, its infrastructure and the scope of the request. We evaluate each need based on the existing system.
We evaluate the technical updates required for your website or software according to the structure of the system in use.
We determine backup requirements based on the project's infrastructure and operating conditions, then plan an appropriate approach.
We investigate technical issues affecting existing functionality, identify their source and evaluate an appropriate solution.
We review technical needs that arise after launch and check the existing system according to the project scope.
Maintenance or Development?
Updating existing content and adding a new feature to a system are not the same type of work. We clarify this distinction when evaluating each request.
Changes such as editing existing text, replacing an image, updating contact information or making similar adjustments to existing content may be considered within this scope.
Requests for a new page, module, integration, feature or changes to how the existing system operates are treated as new development and scoped separately.
New development is scoped separately.
Support Request
First, we need to understand what is required. Rather than immediately implementing every request, we evaluate the existing system and the scope of the work before proceeding.
You share your need and the situation you are experiencing with us as clearly as possible.
We review the request and the existing technical structure to determine the work required.
We determine whether the request falls within the existing support scope or should be handled as a separate development.
Once the scope is clear, we plan the work and implement it accordingly.
Existing Projects
Who developed the project, the infrastructure it uses and its current technical condition can directly affect the support process. That is why we first consider the existing system.
For projects where we know the development process and infrastructure, we evaluate support needs based on the existing system and determine the scope of the required work.
For projects developed by another team or company, we first review the codebase, infrastructure, required access and current technical condition. Based on this review, we determine whether we can provide support and define the scope of the work.
Scope and Pricing
Maintenance and support work is evaluated according to the project's technical structure and requirements. One-time interventions, ongoing maintenance needs and new development are not considered within the same scope.
The infrastructure in use, the project's technical scope and the condition of the existing system affect the evaluation.
A small content change and the development of a new feature involve different scopes of work.
A one-time support need and projects requiring ongoing maintenance may be evaluated separately.
A Clear Scope
We do not promise 24/7 support.
We do not promise unlimited changes.
We do not promise a fixed response time for every request.
Instead, we review the request, clarify the scope of the required work and share a practical work plan with you.
Tell us about your brand’s needs and the project you have in mind. Let’s define the right scope together.
